Remount Venture LLC, composed of Clayco and Venture One, has completed the $90 million, 65-acre Remount Business Park Real Estate LLC. Clayco served as the design-builder and constructed the first three buildings on a 35-acre site. The first building is a 200,560-square-foot high-tech facility. The second and third buildings are 100,000 square feet and 75,000 square feet, respectively. Forum Studio Inc. completed the interior finish and served as the architect of record.

Remount Business Park

The landscape plan for the 65-acre Remount Business Park in North Carolina is a design-build project in collaboration with our parent company Clayco. The landscape plan is for three buildings and a park to sit on a 35-acre site. The first building is a 200,560 square foot high-tech facility scheduled for completion in May 2008. The second and third buildings will be 100,000 square feet and 75,000 square feet, respectively. The landscape incorporates a path system that circumvents a pond and wooded area.
